Instructions

First in a pan add 1 cup sugar and to this add 1 cup water and let the sugar dissolve nicely... Keep stirring. Once sugar is dissolved add milk 1.5 cups at first if we need more we will add later. Give it a nice boil. Add lemon yellow colour few drops (optional). serve
