- Sieve the besan in a container .add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, ajwain and jeera powder , hot oil and mix well .
- Add water as needed and make a smooth and soft dough .
- Heat oil in deep frying pan or kadhai over medium heat for deep frying.
- Place sev maker on utensil and rub the mixture on sev maker plate .
- You will get thin sev from the sev patra and get it fry till light and brown.
