  • Ghee
  • Sevai/ vermicelli
  • Milk
  • Milk powder
  • Cornflower
  • Sugar
  • Chia seeds
  • Rohafza
  • Apple & grapes for decoration

Instructions

  • Next I have added 1/4 sevai/ vermicelli & fry them till golden color
  • After that in another small bowl I made a mixture with 2tsp milk powder & 1tsp cornflower & pour the mixture in the kadai & stir the whole mixture till the sevai/ vermicelli becomes soft
  • For garnishing I have used chia seeds ,fruits n rohafza for giving some color to that.

Notes/Tips

It's a very tasty summer recipe.Try this easy recipe at home,Iam sure kids will definitely love this.Here for garnishing you can add any fruits of your choice.Rohafza is also optional.Instead of that you can add strawberry syrup or any fruit syrup of your choice.
