  • Vermicelli
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Green chillies
  • Coriander
  • Green peas
  • Carrot
  • Cumin
  • Mustard
  • Turmeric powder
  • Lemon

Instructions

  • Take a bowl and add water and vermicelli and let it boil. In a pan add 2tbsp of oil,cumin, mustard and saute well. Then add carrot,green peas,green chillies, coriander,salt, turmeric powder and cook well. Then add the cooked vermicelli in the Tempering and mix well. Squeeze lemon and serve hot.
