- Break pavs in to small pieces, add in to bowl and keep aside.
- Heat up oil in a nonstick pan, add cumin seeds saute till seeds spultter, add ginger garlic paste, chopped green chillies saute for a minute,
- Add onion saute till golden brown, add tomato, fenugreek leaves, coriander leaves,salt mix well,
- Cover and cook till tomatoes are pulpy, add turmeric powder, red chilli powder mix well.
- Add one cup of water, mix well, add pav pieces mix well.. add 1/4 cup water again mix well cover and cook for 3-4 minutes, take it off from the heat.
- Transfer to serving plate, garnish with coriander leaves.. enjoy with hot cup of tea.
