Ingredients

  • 6 pavs ,2 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds, 2 green chillies chopped
  • 1/2 cup fenugreek leaves
  • as per taste salt
  • 1 chopped onion ,1 chopped tomato
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder ,1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp coriander chopped

Instructions

  • Break pavs in to small pieces, add in to bowl and keep aside.
  • Heat up oil in a nonstick pan, add cumin seeds saute till seeds spultter, add ginger garlic paste, chopped green chillies saute for a minute,
  • Add onion saute till golden brown, add tomato, fenugreek leaves, coriander leaves,salt mix well,
  • Cover and cook till tomatoes are pulpy, add turmeric powder, red chilli powder mix well.
  • Add one cup of water, mix well, add pav pieces mix well.. add 1/4 cup water again mix well cover and cook for 3-4 minutes, take it off from the heat.
  • Transfer to serving plate, garnish with coriander leaves.. enjoy with hot cup of tea.
