- Deseed spicy chilli and soak both chillies in warm water for 2 hours. Now crush soaked chillies in mixture jar. Take care not to make fine paste
- Now take oil in pan add garlic and saute for 5/7 minutes on slow flame.. garlic should not be tum golden
- Then add chili paste and saute till oil separates.now add 1/2 cup water cover lid and cook for 5/7 more minutes till oil separate..now add all spices and cook for 2/3 minutes and it's ready
