Ingredients

  • Kashmiri dried red chilli 50 gms
  • Spicy dried red chili 25 gms
  • Finely chopped garlic 1/2 cup
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Sugar 2 tbsp
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Tomato catch up 2 tbsp
  • Pepper powder 1 tbsp
  • Salt As per taste

Instructions

  • Deseed spicy chilli and soak both chillies in warm water for 2 hours. Now crush soaked chillies in mixture jar. Take care not to make fine paste
  • Now take oil in pan add garlic and saute for 5/7 minutes on slow flame.. garlic should not be tum golden
  • Then add chili paste and saute till oil separates.now add 1/2 cup water cover lid and cook for 5/7 more minutes till oil separate..now add all spices and cook for 2/3 minutes and it's ready

Notes/Tips

Garlic should not change colour
