  • Milk
  • Flour
  • Amul Milk Powder
  • Sugar

Instructions

  • Put the non stick container on the stove and let the milk boil.
  • When, the milk has started to boil, put the 5-6 Tablespoons of sugar depending on the sweetness you want.
  • Then, in a small bowl take a small cup of milk or water and mix the flour and milk powder in it, in order to ensure that there are no lumps formed.
  • Put the milk powder and flour into the boiled milk and mix it for some time.
  • On a medium flame, once it cooks for about 10-15 mins,we will let it cool and refrigerate it(if needed) for sometime.
  • Garnish the sweet with some delightful, healthy and rich cashew nuts, pistachio and saffron Threads to give it a tempting look.
  • Serve it cold on a typical Matki .
  • Simple Rabdi is ready to serve.

Notes/Tips

Make sure that the milk is not boiled too much after adding the milk powder and flour mixture, otherwise after cooling it becomes too thick. Also ensure that the milk does not stick on the container, if you use any other type of utensils.
