- Put the non stick container on the stove and let the milk boil.
- When, the milk has started to boil, put the 5-6 Tablespoons of sugar depending on the sweetness you want.
- Then, in a small bowl take a small cup of milk or water and mix the flour and milk powder in it, in order to ensure that there are no lumps formed.
- Put the milk powder and flour into the boiled milk and mix it for some time.
- On a medium flame, once it cooks for about 10-15 mins,we will let it cool and refrigerate it(if needed) for sometime.
- Garnish the sweet with some delightful, healthy and rich cashew nuts, pistachio and saffron Threads to give it a tempting look.
- Serve it cold on a typical Matki .
- Simple Rabdi is ready to serve.
