- Boil milk in deep bottom pan and once it starts boiling add condensed milk
- Keep stirring and add Thandai powder and boil till the milk reduces to 1/4 th and the flavours of Thandai gets infused
- Now add some additional saffron strands to get the yellow tinge. Meanwhile cut the bread slices into triangles and deep fry in ghee till crispy. I avoided soaking the breads in sugar syrup
- Now once the Rabri is ready pour into shot glasses and just garnish with some crumbled motipak sweet and raisins and serve chilled with the ghee toasted bread slices and enjoy.
