Ingredients

  • All purpose flour
  • Powdered sugar
  • Desi ghee
  • 1 egg
  • Baking powder
  • Cardamom powder
  • Yeast
  • Dryfruits

Instructions

  • Take 2-3cups of all purpose flour/ maida.
  • Add some activated yeast to it.
  • Now add baking powder and some sugar and cardamom powder and 1 egg to it .
  • Now mix the mixture and make a smooth dough .
  • Now take some part of dough and give it any shape as i hve given the shape of heart
  • Now bake it for about 10 -15 min .
  • Take out the sheermal and sprinkle some sugar water to it and dip it in desi ghee .
  • Now take out after 2 min and sheermal is ready to serve

Notes/Tips

Garnish it with love and dryfruits.
