Ingredients

  • Milk 1 ltr
  • Sugar 1cup
  • Elaichi powder 1tsp
  • Dry fruits 1/4 cup
  • Bread slices 4
  • Ghee

Instructions

  • Make rabdi by boiling 1 ltr milk.
  • Keep stirring till it becomes thick and rabdi consistency is reached.
  • Add sugar, elaichi powder.
  • Remove the edges of bread slices. Cut into 2 pieces of triangle shape.
  • Fry bread pieces in ghee till golden brown.
  • Dip them in sugar syrup.
  • Pour rabdi on fried bread pieces and garnish with dry fruits.

Notes/Tips

While making rabdi, keep the flame low.
