- Make rabdi by boiling 1 ltr milk.
- Keep stirring till it becomes thick and rabdi consistency is reached.
- Add sugar, elaichi powder.
- Remove the edges of bread slices. Cut into 2 pieces of triangle shape.
- Fry bread pieces in ghee till golden brown.
- Dip them in sugar syrup.
- Pour rabdi on fried bread pieces and garnish with dry fruits.
