- For sugar syrup In pan add sugar and water and boil for few minutes, till sugar melts.
- When syrup is sticky like oil. Now off the flame and add saffron strands and green cardamom powder. Now allow to cool completely.
- Now mix boiled sweet potato, milk powder, arrow lot and green cardamom powder.
- Mix it well like a dough and give shape of balls and dip fry in ghee till golden brown in color.
- Now cool the balls at room temperature, then add it in sugar syrup.
- Now ready to serve.
