- In pan heat the ghee and saute the sweet potatoes.
- Add desiccated coconut and milk powder, mix it well & cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Now add sugar and cook till sugar melts. Finally add mix nuts and green cardamom.
- Take plate and grease it with ghee, add the above mixture in it and do the leveling and garnish with mix nuts and kesar.
- Cut in the desire shape and allow to set for 2 hours.
