- Grate the boiled Sharkand ( sweet potato)
- For Tampering: In a wok add oil, rye, chopped green chillies, curry leaves,sliced onion, ginger garlic paste , grated shakakand and salt according to taste saute the mixture for 4-5 mins
- once sauted place the mixture in a plate and let it cool once cooled prepre small balls from the mixture keep aside and prepare the batter
- For Batter: in abowl take Besan, ,salt and baking soda add some water and prepare a smooth batter for vada once the batter is ready dip the shakarkand balls in the batterand deep fry them your vada is ready
- For Vada Paav now take 1 paav slice it it into halves on one portion apply tomato sauce place the vada , onion rings(optional) and on the other half put green chutney put tooth pick on the vada paav and serve
