  • Cahsews
  • Chironji
  • Pista
  • Ghee
  • Seviyan
  • Dates
  • Cardamom powder
  • Sugar
  • Milk

Instructions

  • Boil cashewnuts, pistanchios, chironji for bout 1 minute then remove the skin of it and chop them in to thin slices. Heat 1 tablespoon of ghee in another pan, add slices of cashew nuts, pistachios, chironji, saute it and transfer into a plate. In the same pan, add 1 teaspoon of ghee and roast the ripened dates and transfer it into a plate. Again in the same pan, add 1 tablespoon of ghee, when heated add fine seviyan and roast it on low or medium flame. Add little water, sugar, boiled milk, half of the roasted cashew nuts, pistachios, chironji, dates, cardamom powder and boil it. Switch off the flame. Now garnish with roasted cashew nuts, pistachios, chironji, dates and serve it.
