Ingredients

  • Rava-1cup
  • Sugar as required
  • Ghee-4table spoon
  • Elachi-3
  • Badam-3
  • Dry grapes-10
  • Water as required

Instructions

  • 1) Frying and Roasting:In a kadai,pour ghee and fry badam and dry grapes and keep aside and roast rava in ghee and keep it aside.
  • 2) Lastly, boil water in same kadai and once it boils and then add roasted rava ,sugar, crushed elachi,fried badam and dry grapes and stir it continually till it forms a proper consistency and serve hot or transfer into a moulding vessel to give shape.

Notes/Tips

Usage of grated fresh coconut and milk tastes good.
