  • Groundnut powder, jaggery
  • Ghee, roasted poppy seeds (khuskhus)

Instructions

  • Make a wheat flour dough same like chapati.
  • Mix groundnut powder,jaggery and khuskhus in a mixer jar and make a stuffing.
  • Make a paratha from it by rolling it.
  • Roast it on ghee.
  • Then it is ready to serve.

Notes/Tips

This is a very healthy , tasty and easy to make recipe. This is a best combination of groundnut and jaggery for hemoglobin. Kids can enjoy this dish as well.
