- Heat ghee in a kadhai. Add wheat flour and fry it well in the ghee.
- Stir till it turns golden brown on a medium flame. Add jaggery and stir till it melts.
- Add warm milk and stir continuously till milk is absorbed.
- Now add some cashews to it. Shiro is ready to eat.
- Yummy, mouth drooling shiro is ready to be gobbled up!!
