Ingredients

  • 1 kg curd
  • 1 cup sugar powder
  • 1 tspn warm milk for soaking saffron
  • 8-12 saffron strain
  • 2 tspn finely chopped dryfruits

Instructions

  • Take a cotton kitchen towel n put in curd n covered it. Press it n hang this for removing curd water for 4 to 5 hours.
  • Afterwards take this curd in a bowl n add sugar n saffron milk in it.
  • Stir it continuesely in one way it is ready.
  • Added dryfruits in it.
  • Ready to serve.

Notes/Tips

Put this curd in refrigerator for reducing curd water.. so it's not get sour.
