  • Ghee 3/4 cup
  • Regular wheat flour 1 cup
  • Jaggery 1 cup
  • Cream 2 tbsp
  • Mix nuts 3 tbsp +garnish
  • Poppy seeds 1 tsp+garnish
  • Coconut gratted 3 tbsp + garnish
  • Dry ginger powder 1 tsp
  • Green cardamom powder 1 tsp

Instructions

  • Roast the wheat flour in ghee till almond color.
  • Now low the flame add all the Ingredients and mix it well.
  • Pour the mixture in ghee grease plate and garnish it
  • Cut in desired shape and allow to cool at room temperature.
