- Firstly, dry roast the peanuts till crunchy. Once it's done, remove peanuts skin and coarsley grind it in pulse mode.
- Further, In a kadhai heat ghee and Jaggery. Cook on low flame until it starts bubbling. Turn off flame.
- Immediately add peanut powder, mix well. You get a dough like consistency.
- Now, quickly transfer the mixture in a lined container. Press it gently and evenly. Spread sesame seeds and rose petals over it and press again.
- You can use any flat bowl to press it evenly. Let it set for 10 minutes. When the mixture is little warm cut in into pieces. Sing paak is ready.
- Store it in a airtight container without refrigerator. Enjoy upto a week
