- Boil the 500 grams small potatoes and feel the skin kept aside
- Soak Kashmiri red chilli in hot water for 5 minutes and grinder paste
- In small potato add corn flour ,gram flour ,rice flour, chilli paste, turmeric powder ,ginger garlic paste and salt to taste. Mix well.
- Keep 15 minutes in refrigerator for marinated potato.
- And deep fry the marinated small potatoes in hot oil with medium flame,still the potatoes get golden brown colour. And cook same procedure in all batches and fry curry leaves and burnish now serve hot with ketchup. Now yummy small potato 65 is ready.
