- 1. Blend mint and coriander leaves in a blender with some water. Take the puree and strain it using a strainer. Keep this aromatic and flavorful mint-coriander puree aside.
- 2. Blend curd, water and mint puree in a blender until you get a nice well-blend greenish looking liquid. Transfer this Chhass in a bowl.
- 3. Take a piece of coal and heat it until it becomes red hot. Put this hot coal in a small bowl and add ghee and cumin seeds on it.
- 4. You will see smokes coming out of the coal. Immediately take a big vessel and cover this smoking coal for roughly 15 minutes.
- 5. Once this vessel is filled fully with smoke, lift it and add chhaas to it.
- 6. Cover it and let the smoke infuse in chhass.
- 7. Add salt , black salt and roasted cumin powder as per your requirement, mix well and serve chilled.
