- Take some curd in a in a glass bowl add water black salt, regular salt and blend it.
- Now take a kadai put ghee when it becomes hot add cumin seeds Curry leaves and 1 green chilli deseeded .
- Now add this tadaka on chaas and mix it.now add corriander leaves on it.
- For smoky effect. Burn coal put little ghee and chilli flakes on it.
- Now place this coal in a small bowl. Now take coal bowl place it on chaas and cover it with lid for 2 minutes and take of the coal.
- Now the tasty smoked chaas is ready to serve.
