- In thick kadai dry roast sooji in medium flame nd keep aside. In steel vessel pour 2 cups of water nd 2 cups of sugar add saffron nd stir it until sticky consistency.now add cardamom pwd nd Rose water and boil it. Now in another kadai put Ghee of1 spoon nd 1 litre of milk ad milk pwd mix well now add Rawa / sooji cooy until Rawa is cooked. Cool it ND knead ND make small ball ND fry in oil until golden brown. Now add this jamuns in sugar syrup for 1 hour. Now the tasty and delicious š Sooji gulab jamun are ready.
