Ingredients

  • Sooji / rava 1 cup
  • Sugar 2 1/3 cup
  • Saffron 1,pinchor 6 strings
  • Ghee 2 tbsp
  • Water 2 cups
  • Cardamom pwd 1 tbsp
  • Rose water 1,tbsp
  • Milk 1 litre
  • Milk pwd 3 tbsp
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  • In thick kadai dry roast sooji in medium flame nd keep aside. In steel vessel pour 2 cups of water nd 2 cups of sugar add saffron nd stir it until sticky consistency.now add cardamom pwd nd Rose water and boil it. Now in another kadai put Ghee of1 spoon nd 1 litre of milk ad milk pwd mix well now add Rawa / sooji cooy until Rawa is cooked. Cool it ND knead ND make small ball ND fry in oil until golden brown. Now add this jamuns in sugar syrup for 1 hour. Now the tasty and delicious šŸ˜‹ Sooji gulab jamun are ready.

Serve hot or cool.
