- In a pan heat 1 tbspn of ghee and fry chopped cashews and raisins and shift to a bowl.
- To the same ghee add chiroti sooji and fry until you get a good aroma. Add grated fresh coconut, remaining ghee to it and fry for another 2 minutes on low flame
- After a min or 2 add powdered sugar and mix well.
- Sprinkle around 2-3 tbspn of milk and mix and let it cool for further 2 mins.
- Grease your palms and make laddus from the mixture. Sprinkle some more milk if you feel the mixture to be too dry.
- Apart from laddus, you can use moulds and shape them in desired shapes as well.
- Here I have presented them in mini cakes shape.
- Garnish with dry fruit flakes of your choice.
