- In a bowl add peeled banana and mash well till pulpy. Add in sooji, flour, condensed milk and sugar mix well. Add water, cardamom powder and salt mix well till combined well. Set aside for 30 mins.
- Heat oil for frying . Using a small laddle scoop out the batter and slowly pour into the hot oil. Fry till it gets brown on all sides. Drain the excess oil and serve hot.
