- Grind green chillies to a fine paste by adding little water. Fry rice flour until we can draw lines with this fried rice flour.
- Mix fried rice flour and bengal gram flour. Add salt. Filter the grinded green chillies juice and add to it. Then add 5 Lemons juice to it.
- Now add the tempering. Mix well. if needed sprinkle with little water. Now it's ready.
- Touch oil in hand and make small balls. Now heat kadai. Pour oil. Once oil is heated add the balls to it.
- Fry them until balls becomes golden brown and bubbles are reduced.
