Ingredients

  • 7 green chillies
  • 1/4 cup bengal gram flour
  • 1 cup fried rice flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 5 Lemons juice
  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds

Instructions

  • Grind green chillies to a fine paste by adding little water. Fry rice flour until we can draw lines with this fried rice flour.
  • Mix fried rice flour and bengal gram flour. Add salt. Filter the grinded green chillies juice and add to it. Then add 5 Lemons juice to it.
  • Now add the tempering. Mix well. if needed sprinkle with little water. Now it's ready.
  • Touch oil in hand and make small balls. Now heat kadai. Pour oil. Once oil is heated add the balls to it.
  • Fry them until balls becomes golden brown and bubbles are reduced.
