Sourdough Oats Pancakes with Strawberries

  • Sourdough Discard
  • Oats Flour
  • Whole wheat flour
  • Honey
  • Milk
  • Vanilla extract
  • Butter
  • Baking soda
  • Salt
  • Maple syrup
  • Strawberries

Instructions

  • In a bowl add sourdough discard, milk and mix well.
  • Mix oats flour and whole wheat flour and mix well
  • Add the dry Ingredients to the wet Ingredients and mix well. Leave it to rest overnight.
  • In the morning bring it to room Temperature and then finally add Honey, melted butter, vanilla Extract, pinch Salt and baking soda. Mix well
  • Heat a cast iron pan and add little butter. Pour 1/4 cup batter on the pan and add Very little butter. Once cooked flip and cook on the other side.
  • Once done serve with maple syrup and fresh strawberries.
