- Take blender add cumin seeds,fennel seeds,turmeric,pepper, garlic blend it two or 3times then add tomato,chilli,curry leaves,coriander leaves blend it 2times transfer into a bowl.
- Soak tamarind in water for 5min and extract its juice add into that mixer bowl and add 2cup water,salt.
- Now prepare the tempering by heating oil.add in mustard seed,urad dal mix,dry red chilli and 1/4tsp asafoetida.allow to splutter.finally pour the tempering over rasam mix then heat it 3sec.
