  • Cumin seed1/2tsp
  • Fennel seed1/4tsp
  • Pepper10
  • Turmeric1/4tsp
  • cloves Garlic4
  • Tomato1
  • Coriander1g
  • Chilli1piece
  • leaf Curry1g
  • 30 g Tamarind
  • Water2cup
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 1 tsp mutate seed,urad dal mix
  • 1/4 tsp asafoetida
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Take blender add cumin seeds,fennel seeds,turmeric,pepper, garlic blend it two or 3times then add tomato,chilli,curry leaves,coriander leaves blend it 2times transfer into a bowl.
  • Soak tamarind in water for 5min and extract its juice add into that mixer bowl and add 2cup water,salt.
  • Now prepare the tempering by heating oil.add in mustard seed,urad dal mix,dry red chilli and 1/4tsp asafoetida.allow to splutter.finally pour the tempering over rasam mix then heat it 3sec.
