- Soak Soya chunks in hot Water for 15 Mins
- Squeeze the water from soya chunks
- Now crush the soya chunks in mixy jar and chrn soya chunks till you get meaty texture.
- The same way churn the paneer and mix to soya mixture
- Now add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, Coriander powder, garam Masala and make small ball
- Now roll wheat roti and stuff with soya paneer ball and make parantha
- Serve with Butter, Chutney or Tea
