  • Paneer
  • Spices

Instructions

  • Soak Soya chunks in hot Water for 15 Mins
  • Squeeze the water from soya chunks
  • Now crush the soya chunks in mixy jar and chrn soya chunks till you get meaty texture.
  • The same way churn the paneer and mix to soya mixture
  • Now add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, Coriander powder, garam Masala and make small ball
  • Now roll wheat roti and stuff with soya paneer ball and make parantha
  • Serve with Butter, Chutney or Tea

Notes/Tips

You get 20 grams of protien from paratha. People who dont like soya can try this recipe.
