- Boil soya chunks and squeeze water and refrigerate for 4-5 hours. Cut chunks into small pieces.

- Mash potato and add salt + 1/2 tsp chat masala + 1/2 tsp garam masala + ginger + chopped coriander + semolina and marinated soya and mix well.
- It will take shape of dough, pinch medium size balls and give shape of Patties and coat with semolina. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Now shallow fry under low to flame, fry both side till golden brown.
- Crispy patties is done.
- Sprinkle chat masala and serve.
- Serve with tomato ketchup and enjoy.
