  • 1 small packet soya chunks / nuggets
  • 2 medium boiled potatoes
  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander
  • 1 tsp chat masala
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala powder
  • 1-2 green chilli
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • Salt + rock salt as required
  • 3-4 tbsp roasted semolina
  • 1 tbsp ginger
  • Bread crumbs / Semolina for coating
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  • Boil soya chunks and squeeze water and refrigerate for 4-5 hours. Cut chunks into small pieces.

  • Mash potato and add salt + 1/2 tsp chat masala + 1/2 tsp garam masala + ginger + chopped coriander + semolina and marinated soya and mix well.
  • It will take shape of dough, pinch medium size balls and give shape of Patties and coat with semolina. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Now shallow fry under low to flame, fry both side till golden brown.
  • Crispy patties is done.
  • Sprinkle chat masala and serve.
  • Serve with tomato ketchup and enjoy.
