- Take a bowl and add four salt and 1 Tbsp of olive oil and knead with luke warm water, Keep aside.
- Now Soak the soya granules into hot water for 10 minutes and then squeeze off excess water.
- Add salt, pepper chat masala and green chilly to the mixture and combine well.
- For Chutney add mint, curd, garlic, salt, pepper and oregano to it and blend.
- Now Take a ball sized flour and roll it thin. Cut it with the help of a cookie cutter or a sharp edged glass to shape them equally.
- Add 1 tsp filling in each roundel and place the other on the top by sealing the edges with a fork.
- Heat up a griddle and cook them over low heat with olive oil till black spots appear.
- Serve on the bed of green chutney and enjoy the healthy tasty ravioli paratha.
