  • Soya chunks
  • Rice
  • Water
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Garam masala
  • Orange Food color
  • Green food color
  • Green chillies
  • Mustard

Instructions

  • Take a pan and add, mustard,green chillies and saute. Then add soaked soya chunks. Then salt,garam masala,food colours and mix well. Then pour water and let it come to boil. Once it is boiling add the soaked rice. And cook well for 20 minutes. Turn off the flame and serve hot with raita,mirchi ka salan.
