  • Soya chunks
  • Water
  • Red chilli powder
  • Salt
  • Curry leaves
  • Oil

Instructions

  • Take a bowl and add water,soya chunks and soak for 10 minutes. Then take a pan and add oil,curry leaves. Then squeeze the soya chunks and add them in oil. Saute well for 5 minutes then sprinkle some salt,red chilli powder and mix well. Serve with rice.
