- In a bowl, add soya granules, sufficient water and soak for 10-15 minutes. Heat ghee in a non-stick pan and add peppercorns, bay leaf, green chillies, garlic and ginger. Sauté for a minute. Add onions and sauté till it turns golden brown. Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder and salt. Sauté for 1-2 minutes on medium heat. Squeeze soaked soya granules and add to the pan, sauté for 2-3 minutes. Add green peas, coriander leaves and lemon juice, cook for 2-3 minutes. Garnish with coriander sprig and serve hot.
