Instructions

  • To make Soya Chunks Pakoda first take 2 cups of Soya chunks. Now place a wide pan on flame and add 2 cups of water to it and boil. When the water starts boiling add all soya chunks into the water and cook for 2 minutes. After 2 minutes turn off the flame and drain the water and let it cool. Now gently squeeze all Soya chunks and remove the excess water. Now take a chopper of grinding jar and add 3 green chilli, 1 inch of ginger, 5 garlic cloves, and chop coarse everything. Now add the chopped paste into the soya chunks. Now add 2 tsp of Kashmiri red chilli, 1 tsp of coriander powder, 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp of garam masala, 1 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of chaat masala, 1 tsp of coriander seeds. Now add 3 tbsp of thick curd, 3 tbsp of corn starch, 3 tbsp of all-purpose flour, and add some fresh chopped green coriander. Now mix everything well and coat on all sides. Now add 1 pinch of red food color and mix well. Now place a pan on flame and add oil for deep frying to it and heat. After oil turns to hot then add coated soya chunks into oil one by one on medium flame. Now rotate with a spoon and fry until crisp and golden. Now transfer all soya Chunks Pakoda into a Plate and fry all Batches. Now we will make chutney and for this take a grinding jar. Now add coriander leaves, 1/4 cup of mint leaves, 2 green chilli, 1 inch of ginger, 2 tbsp of gram dal, 2pinch asafoetida, salt as per taste, 1/4 tsp of cumin powder, 1/2 tsp of black salt, 1 tsp of dry mango powder. Now add 1 tsp of lemon juice, 2 tbsp of water, and grind everything well. Now soya chunks Pakoda ready to serve.
