Ingredients

  • Soyabean 100gm
  • Onion 2med
  • Garlic 8-10pc
  • Genger 1.5 inch
  • Green chilli 4pc
  • Coriander leaves 3tbs
  • Turmeric powder 1/3tbs
  • Red chilli powder 1/2tbs
  • Coriander powder 1/2tbs
  • Salt to taste
  • Garam masala powder 1/4tbs
  • Coriander seeds 1tbs
  • Cumin seeds 1/2tbs
  • Dry chilli 2pc
  • Garm flour/Besan 5tbs
  • Corn flour 3tbs
  • Refind oil 4tbs
  • Potato 1med

Instructions

  • Step 1 :- Fist 100gm soyabean ko warm water pe 10 minutes ke liya boil karle. Next soyabean ko paani se alag karle. Uske baad grinder pe add kare Soyabean main 1.5 inch Genger and 8- 10 pc Garlic add karke grind karle .. next Gas on karke kadhai pe 1/2tbs coriander seeds, 1/2tbs cumin seeds, 2pc dry chilli add karke 2-3 seconds fry karne ke baad grinder per add karke sub ek saath grind karle.
  • Step 2 :- soyabean ke mixture ko ek bowl main lekar usme 1/3tbs Turmeric, 1/2tbs Red chilli, coriander 1/2tbs, chopped Green chilli 4pc ,Chopped onion 2pc med , chopped coriander leaves 3tbs and 1/4tbs Garam masala powder ,1med grated potato aur Besan 5tbs and corn flour 3tbs ,salt to taste add karke sab ek saath mix karle. Mix hone ke baad usko Kabab ka shape de .
  • Step 3 :- Gas on karke kadhai main 5tbs refind oil add kare. Oil Garam hone ke baad Kabab ko med/low flem main fry kare . 2 side fry hone ke baad Garam Garam Soyabean Kabab Serve kare.
