Ingredients

  • 250 gm Soyabeans granules
  • 5 onion (medium size)
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • to taste Salt
  • 2 tablespoon coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 4 tablespoon oil
  • 1 tomato for garnish
  • 2 tablespoon chopped green coriander leaves

Instructions

  • Take a utensil heat up oil add cummin seeds crackle it then add chopped onion cook it untill it's colour changes to lite pink.
  • Meanwhile boil soyabean granules for 5 minutes then drain out the water from granules.when the onion became light pink then add boil soya granules and all speics (salt,turmeric powder,coriander powder and garam masala) to it.mix it well and cook for 15 to 20 minutes on low flame.
  • Soyabean sabzi is ready to serve.garnish with tomato and green coriander leaves.
