- Keep a pan on medium flame, add ghee, add chana dal, urad dal, saute it, let it splutter now add in cashew nuts roast for a 2 minutes..
- Further add in rava/sooji roast nicely until you get good aroma.. take out and let it cool down
- Now add curd and required amount of water for the thick batter, mix well.. keep it aside for 10 minutes..
- After 10 minutes check the consistency if it requires more water you can add and mix well.. add eno, give it a gentle mix... pour it in Idli plates steam it for 10-15 minutes..
