- Grate the potatoes
- Squeeze the water out of the potatoes.
- Add panner, green chilli, salt and chilli powder with grated potatoes.
- Mix well and make a dough.
- Put oil on the palm and make small cutlet shape from dough.
- Take a pan and add 2 tbsp oil. When oil is hot, fry the cutlets.
- After 20 Minutes cutlets are ready to eat.
