Ingredients

  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 cup paneer
  • 4-5 Green chillies
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 2 tbsp oil for fry

Instructions

  • Grate the potatoes
  • Squeeze the water out of the potatoes.
  • Add panner, green chilli, salt and chilli powder with grated potatoes.
  • Mix well and make a dough.
  • Put oil on the palm and make small cutlet shape from dough.
  • Take a pan and add 2 tbsp oil. When oil is hot, fry the cutlets.
  • After 20 Minutes cutlets are ready to eat.
