- Take a mixing bowl add maida, fine suji, salt,& ghee, give it a good mix,(make sure ghee is properly mixed with maida) add little by little water prepare dough, knead it for 5 minutes apply some ghee to the dough cover it,& let it rest for 15 -20 minutes..
- Add grated coconut in a bowl, add powdered jaggery,cardamom powder, fried gram powder, &roasted sesame seeds..give it a good mix, filling is ready
- Now knead the dough again for 3-4 minutes, make equal size small balls,roll out, use mold,keep the filling in the center and press the mold& seal it well...repeat the same with remaining dough... deep fry them in medium hot oil until golden brown....
