- Add water, rice, and potatoes into the slow cooker. Heat oil in the pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds, turmeric, chili powder, tomato puree, green chilies, and salt to the pan and sauté for 2 minutes.
- Transfer pan mixture into the slow cooker and stir well. Cover and cook on high for 1 1/2 hours. Add green peas and cook for another 30 minutes. Serve and enjoy.
