- Add salt and a pinch of turmeric powder to the chopped cluster beans. Sprinkle handful of water and pressure cook them to 3 whistles. Heat a pan with 2 tb spoons of oil and do the seasoning with mustard seeds, urad dal and curry leaves,red chilli powder Once they splutter add the boiled vegetable to it and cook till it becomes dry without any water. Add the jagerry powder and stir well. Check out for salt. Now add the curry powder and the grated coconut and stir well for a minute. Switch off the stove. Serve hot.
