- Soak the poha 1 and a half cup of poha and steam 1 potato 1 hour before cooking time.
- Drain the water and transfer poha in a bowl, add 1 mashed potato, 1 chopped onion, chopped coriander leaves, cumin seeds, 3-4 cloves of minced garlic, salt, chilli flakes and green chillies
- Lastly add 2 tbsp of corn flour and mix it really well so that all the ingredients are well incorporated.
- Now it time to make the pohato rings. Grease your palms and roll out a small ball of the mixture and press it firmly with a small cutter make a ring and deep fry it in hot oil
- Transfer these rings on a paper towel, you can sprinkle more chilli flakes on top and enjoy!!!!
