- 1. Firstly soak Chickpeas in water for 8-10 hours.
- 2. Boil soaked Chickpeas with 6 teaspoons salt in a pressure cooker on medium to low heat.
- 3. Now put chopped spinach in hot water and boil it for 1-2 minutes.
- 4. Then wash that Spinach with cold water and blanch it.
- 5. Now in a mixi, add boiled Chickpeas, blanch Spinach, Garlic cloves, Sesame, Black pepper, Olive oil, Curd, Lemon juice, Chili flakes and grind them as required!
- 6. Grind until smooth. If the mixture is very dry then you can grind it by adding a spoon of water to it!
- 7. Put some olive oil (olive oil) on top of the hummus for garnishing. Now sprinkle grinded Chilli flakes, Black pepper, Sesame seeds over it. Now decorate it with spinach leaf, and lemon slices on top.
- 8. Serve with Pita bread, nachos etc.
