- Peel the skin of cucumber and apple cut into cubes.Remove seeds of apple and dates and dice both of them.Remove the stem of spinach.Chop cilantro.
- Put diced apple and cucumber in the freezer for 15 minutes. Add frozen apple,cucumber,sliced banana,chopped dates and cilantro.Then add the spinach, ice cubes, lemon juice,cinnamon powder,ginger paste,a pinch of black salt and yogurt.Blend all for 2 minutes until smooth and frothy.
- Pour into serving glasses and serve this delicious healthy green smoothie in breakfast or as an afternoon snack, chilled with a slice of cucumber and garnish with pumpkin seeds and chopped almonds.
