Ingredients

  • 1 medium cucumber, peeled and choped
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 apple, peeled and chopped
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp black salt
  • 1 tsp grated ginger (optional)
  • Few mint leaves Ice cubes

Instructions

  • Combine all the ingredients in a blender.
  • Add little water and blend until smooth.
  • Strain using the strainer in a large bowl.
  • Garnish with mint leaves and serve chilled in glass.

Notes/Tips

Add little sugar if needed. Adjust the lemon juice and black salt according to taste.
