- Finely chop the dates, remove seeds (if any). In a bowl, add thick curd and whisk well to get a creamy texture.
- Add the dates to curd and mix well. Allow the curd to rest for 2-3 hrs (this will soften the dates and incorporate its sweet flavour).
- Wash the spinach leaves with ice cold water. This makes them fresh and crunchy.
- Finely chop the leaves, using a sharp knife.
- Few mins before serving add the chopped spinach leaves, salt and sugar. Mix well.
