- Take palak wash it and grind it with 2 tbsp water to make paste in mixture.
- Now take a bowl add wheat flour, palak puree, all masalas,chill-ginger-garlic paste,, ajwain, til, 2 tbsp oil, 1tbsp water and mix it well.
- Now take a ball and make Paratha. Add it on tawa and fry with 1 tbsp oil. Palak Paratha is ready.
