  • 250 gm palak
  • 1.5 cup wheat flour
  • 2 tbsp Chilli,ginger, garlic paste
  • as per taste Salt, red chilli powder, turmeric pow
  • 1 cup Oil
  • 3 tbsp Water

Instructions

  • Take palak wash it and grind it with 2 tbsp water to make paste in mixture.
  • Now take a bowl add wheat flour, palak puree, all masalas,chill-ginger-garlic paste,, ajwain, til, 2 tbsp oil, 1tbsp water and mix it well.
  • Now take a ball and make Paratha. Add it on tawa and fry with 1 tbsp oil. Palak Paratha is ready.
