Ingredients

  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Chopped garlic 1 tsp
  • Chopped onion 1
  • Spinach puree 2 cups
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • Cream for garnish

Instructions

  • In pan heat the butter then saute garlic and onion for 1-2 minutes.
  • Now add spinach puree and salt and pepper. Add water to adjust the consistency of soup.
  • Garnish with cream and serve it warm with any salty biscuits or crackers

Notes/Tips

Don't cover the soup otherwise colour will be dark.
